Event summary:
A hands-on, action packed experience, this day out is ideal for staff rewards, an informal teambuilding day or to entertain clients.
Participants will have the opportunity to crew an Ocean Race Yacht, on this fast-moving, exciting day out. With a real hands-on focus everyone will have the opportunity to try all aspects of sailing one of these famous yachts.
There will be the chance to take the wheel and steer the 60ft yacht as she speeds past the other yachts in the Solent or try winching as we put the yacht through its paces. Working together you will have the chance to get the most out of one of these powerful and fast yachts.
Designed with budget in mind, this day offers excellent value for money, without sacrificing the quality of the boats or the sailing. A baguette lunch is included in the price, which is served under sail, providing maximum sailing time. |

09:45 - 10:00: Join boat for light breakfast and refreshments
10:10 - 10:30: Safety brief, rig boats and depart marina
10:30 - 13:00: Sail down sail Southampton Water and into the Solent
13:00 - 13:30: Lunch is served whilst sailing
15:00: Arrive back in the marina and depart |
